Most products we purchase in stores have GRADE D (cheap) corn syrup and Essante' Organics uses a GRADE A (expensive) product in our lollipops. You could coat a football field in cheap Grade D corn syrup for the same cost it takes to buy 1 (one) barrel of Grade A product. Our GRADE A corn syrup is necessary as a binder for the Power Pops (and Kids Pops).
